The breakfast was great. Nice variety.Love that the coffee and tea available day and night.
Pillows too soft. Heater was very loud. It was broken and kept me up all night. We had to change rooms and that was a big pain in the neck since we were already unpacked.

The staff was pleasant and helpful and access to the mall was very useful.
The 3 PM Check-In was delayed. Also, the motorcycle / car racing along Route 5 late at night was annoying.

The room was good-sized and updated, featured a storage and complimentary wireless internet. The bed was extremely comfy, a bath worked well. The venue was in a central location adjacent to shopping venues and Shopping and Restaurants and shopping malls.

Cleanliness is great, especially in the bathroom. The 4 seasons lounge in the lobby was nice for meeting with the group. The heating system was nice and quiet. And being able to take a well selected Apple for lunch is always a nice touch.
My only gripe is the comforter on the beds is just a little too heavy and too warm..... But better warm than cold!

Got stuck there under an emergency snow storm travel ban. Kind and polite staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. (All staff- laundry, housekeeping, maintenance and front desk.) Clean sheets, great breakfast, 24/7 coffee, WiFi, firelpce and sunroom. Just as good as home.

I liked the bed and the people at the desk at check in and check out were very friendly and efficient.
The couch was old and took away from the first impression of the room.
